Georgia Access & Recovery Navigation (GARN) is Georgia’s statewide professional association for insurance agencies committed to consumer access, recovery‑friendly navigation, and operational excellence. We equip agencies with the tools, training, and standards needed to support Marketplace, Medicaid, and Medicare consumers — especially those who are uninsured, overwhelmed, or in recovery.
GARN provides a comprehensive certification program, annual continuing education, and the Unified Access Training System, which covers trauma‑informed communication, digital accuracy, community partnership development, and workflow optimization. Our members gain access to practical tools, DIY visibility guides, and statewide best practices that help agencies improve public information accuracy, strengthen community trust, and serve more Georgians effectively.
As an independent professional association, GARN is not affiliated with Georgia DCH, CMS, Healthcare.gov, or any government agency. Our mission is to elevate agency standards, expand consumer access, and support the professionals who help Georgia families navigate complex health coverage decisions.
